Warranty Policy
- 2 Years against termites.
- 1 Year for quality.
- 6 Months for hardware.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products received
- Malfunctioning items
What is NOT covered:
- Physical damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product does not match the description
Return requirements:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
- Customized or personalized products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange conditions:
- Item must be in original condition with all packaging
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Cancellation process:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
- We Cannot Cancel Your Order Once It has been taken in processing.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after deducting the amount consumed in the orders. Then the remaining balance will be refunded if applicable within 7-10 business days.
