Warranty Policy

  • 2 Years against termites.
  • 1 Year for quality.
  • 6 Months for hardware.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products received
  • Malfunctioning items

What is NOT covered:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product does not match the description

Return requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition with all packaging
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Cancellation process:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • We Cannot Cancel Your Order Once It has been taken in processing.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after deducting the amount consumed in the orders. Then the remaining balance will be refunded if applicable within 7-10 business days.
